Travelling on March

Posted by openPicus | On: Feb 25 2011

FlyPort brochure just arrived in office! Monday morning we (Claudio and Gabriele) will fly to Nurnberg, Germany, to visit Embedded World.

We have several meetings there, first of all with Microchip Europe in order to have some news about some rumors about new Wi-Fi modules (we are pushing them with some modifications on the actual Wi-Fi module…we’ll see!)

On 20th March Claudio will fly to USA (Orlando, FL) to partecipate as visitor the the great CTIA Wireless 2011 fair.
Gabriele is busy with the development of 1.1 version of the IDE and his passport is expired as well :-)

Fairs and events are great occasion to meet companies and share ideas about wireless and embedded. We’ll prepare a kind of report of both fairs to let you know some news from Europe and from USA.

Only 1 year ago OpenPicus was an idea of 2 crazy guys, now we are showing this platform to universities, small companies and big companies and everybody agree that it was something missing on the market. This is exciting and we wanna make better and better to help people to create their wireless products!
