Here we go with the second episode of our Video tutorials: openPicus Labs!
Today I’m gonna show you a useful application made with Flyport GPRS, Grove board and a relay. I’m gonna open the gate of our office with a simple phone call to Flyport GPRS. Flyport recognizes my called ID and activates the relay to open the gate. Simple no?!
On the video I’m going to explain what you need and how to assemble your prototype, how the firmware is working. Note that Flyport GPRS is not a simple AT command style module, it is much more! Using our IDE you can handle GPRS events (such as calls, sms…) with very little code.
You can download the Source code of this project on our Wiki.
Stay tuned, new projects are coming!
